Yamada Lab works on natural language processing. We explore how computers should handle human language processing, and what makes humans and computers different. We are also actively engaged in applied research across a variety of specialized domains, aiming to put natural language processing to practical use in the real world.

At the main conference of ICAIL2026, an international conference on AI and law, Jungmin Choi presented Expert Evaluation of LLM’s Open-Ended Legal Reasoning on the Japanese Bar Exam Writing Task.
